Brand-authorized returns stress testing

Is your warehouse catching bad returns — or paying for them?

We stress-test your returns system with real, everyday testers, so you can see — before it costs you more — whether your fulfillment partner is inspecting returns properly, approving the right refunds, and handling merchandise correctly.

For brands selling on Amazon (FBA), Shopify, and other stores. Brand-authorized tests only.

This is the shape of what you receive: caught vs. missed, item by item, with what to fix — not a verbal assurance that returns are “handled.”

Better returns intelligence

Proof, not a promise, about your returns

Returns are where money quietly leaks: a wrong item gets restocked, a damaged item gets refunded as new, a return is approved that should have been caught. We test it in real life, with real orders.

Share of test returns the warehouse caught vs. missed, per product and channel.

Test with real buyers

Everyday testers buy and return your actual products, on your actual channels.

Verify goods with our team

Testers mail goods to us first with a prepaid label. We verify them, then forward them to you.

Report what was missed

Caught vs. missed, decision by decision, so you can fix the process with your fulfillment partner.

How it’s done

How a brand test works

Five steps, end to end. You stay in control of what is tested, and you receive the goods back at the end.

  1. 01.

    Tell us what to test

Your products, your channels (for example Amazon FBA or Shopify), and the return scenarios you care about — standard return, wrong size or variant, damaged or defective claim.

  2. 02.

    Everyday testers buy and return

Testers claim an offer, buy the specific item, and file the return. They upload the retailer return label for that order.

  3. 03.

Goods go to our team first

We provide a prepaid USPS label so the tester mails the goods to us — not to a stranger’s address, and not kept by the tester.

  4. 04.

We verify, then forward to you

We verify the goods, record the warehouse result, and forward the merchandise to you, the brand, properly.

  5. 05.

    You get the report

Detection rate, missed returns, what was approved, and what to look for in future returns — so you can fix the process, privately.

For brands

You get a report, not a guess

Which returns were caught, which were missed, what the warehouse approved, and what to fix in your return instructions and inspection process. Your merchandise comes back to you. Nothing is kept by testers.

Why everyday people?

If one team runs every test, the pattern defeats the test

Same address, same card, same pattern — a warehouse system (or a person) can spot that. Real customers, different addresses, different orders: that’s a proper stress test.

Safeguards

Brand-authorized, and only that

Brand authorization required

Every offer must carry a brand authorization attestation. The brand owns the products being tested.

Goods return to the brand

Test goods are mailed to our team, verified, and returned to the brand. No tester keeps both goods and a refund.

Not a deceptive-returns tool

This is not a tool for deceptive returns to non-consenting retailers. Brands test their own returns system.

Payouts are admin-approved

Payouts are approved only after goods are verified and a warehouse result is recorded.

Frequently asked questions

Questions brands and testers ask

Do I need Amazon’s permission to test my own FBA returns?
You own the products, and you are testing how your own returns are handled. This is a business decision for the brand — if you have questions about a specific marketplace agreement, check it or ask your advisor before you start.

Why can’t your own employees just do this?
Same address, same card, same pattern — a warehouse system (or a person) can spot that. Everyday testers make the test realistic.

What happens to the products?
Testers mail them to our team with a prepaid label we provide. We verify them and return them to you, the brand.

How are testers paid?
Manually, after the test is verified — by PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App, recorded in the platform with a transaction reference. Full payout if the warehouse misses it, $10 if the warehouse catches it. PayPal needs your email or phone, Venmo needs your phone number, Zelle needs your email or phone, and Cash App needs your $tag.
